About Project

The distributers of Blue Moon in Miami wanted to hold a cooking class with one of Miami's Master Chefs. Chef Douglas Rodriguez would teach the class how to create different ceviches and pair it with one of Blue Moon's flavored beers/cervezas. The "CerViche" recipe cards, seen in the gallery above, were to be distributed during a food tasting fair.
